6 Part Series Recordings
In each session in this series, you will learn the most commonly used and effective Vedic formulations as documented in the classical texts. Each session will cover multiple formulations and single herbs. The discussions will occur in the order of the overview of the formulation, contents of the formulations, method of preparation, specific indications, dosage forms, and appropriate adjuvants. Additional discussions will include special precautions, do’s and don’ts while taking formulations based on the specific nature of the recipe. We’ll also review case studies to evaluate the usage of formulations and how they worked in real client scenarios.
The primary root text followed in this program will be Sahasrayogam and Ashtanga Hridayam for the formulations, and Bhava Prakasha.
