Learn From Ayurvedic Doctors From India
Ayurvedic Specialist, educator, and content developer
Vaidya Kamya Pillai brings generations of Ayurvedic knowledge together with more than 16 years of clinical and teaching experience, with a particular focus on Ayurvedic skincare and beauty.
Born into a lineage of Vaidyas and educators, she earned her degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala, where she later joined the faculty. Her clinical practice began in India in 2009, where she worked with a wide range of health concerns and developed a particular interest in dermatology and skin health.
Her approach to Ayurvedic beauty begins with a single truth: the skin reflects everything happening within: digestion, hormones, blood quality, and the mind.
Since relocating to the United States in 2016, Vaidya Kamya has served as an Ayurvedic Specialist, educator, and content developer at Kerala Ayurveda. She sees clients regularly at the Wellness Center in Milpitas, and brings her clinical experience into the classroom, helping students understand how Ayurvedic principles can be applied to individual needs.
Her passion for natural skincare has led her to pursue additional training in Ayurvedic Skin Care and Ayurvedic Trichology. She is especially interested in the relationship between inner health and outer beauty—and in helping others understand beauty through an Ayurvedic perspective.
Vaidya Kamya designed the Ayurvedic Beauty Certification to share this knowledge and experience, giving students the foundation to understand skin and hair through Ayurveda and apply traditional beauty practices with skill and care.

Take your practical clinical intensive in Milpitas or India. Whichever location you choose, you'll practice the same core skills in a hands-on setting.

On our Milpitas campus. Hotels near campus typically range from $100–$175 per night and are arranged separately by the student.
